Terms of service
These terms say how Handout Forge at gralrpg.com may be used. The service is free of charge, carries no advertising and has no paid tier.
Who provides the service
The service is provided by Grzegorz Marczewski. Contact: legal@gralrpg.com.
What the service is
A set of tools for tabletop roleplaying games. You can make handouts and download them in several formats, reach for a summary of a game's rules, or look up what the weather was at a place on a date. Whatever a tool makes, it makes in your browser: you pick a template, write your own content into it and export a 300 DPI PNG or a PDF for printing. Without an account everything happens on your own device. With an account you may additionally save documents with us and open them on another device.
What you need
A current browser with JavaScript and local storage enabled. For an account: a Google or Discord account, or an email address you can read.
The account
The contract is concluded when you first sign in, for an indefinite period, and either side may end it as described below. There is no password: you sign in through Google or Discord, or with a six-digit code we email you. One person keeps one account and the address must be one you control.
What you write stays yours
We claim no rights in the documents you create. Saving one to your account gives us permission to store it and show it back to you, and nothing else: there is no sharing feature, nothing you save is public, and we do not read your documents except where it is unavoidable in keeping the service running. A document may be up to 256 KiB and an account may hold up to 500 documents of each kind.
What may not be done here
You may not store or send unlawful content, or content that infringes anyone's rights, and you may not upload other people's material you have no right to use. You may not work around the limits, use automated tools against the service or try to reach another account's data.
If you believe something here is unlawful or infringes your rights, write to legal@gralrpg.com with enough detail to find it. We act on such a report without undue delay, tell you what we did, and remove or block what we find unlawful.
Templates and game names
Every template here is unofficial fan material. Game names are the trademarks of their owners, we are not affiliated with any publisher and no publisher has endorsed or approved what is here. Layouts, stylesheets and example content are our own.
Availability and liability
The service is free and provided as it is, without a guarantee of continuous availability. Keep your own copies of anything you care about — every document exports as a PNG, a PDF or a JSON file with one click. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for content lost through a fault of the service; nothing here limits the rights of a consumer.
Complaints
Write to legal@gralrpg.com, saying what the complaint concerns and what you expect. We answer within 14 days.
Ending the contract
You may stop using the service at any moment; the account is deleted from your library, or by writing to legal@gralrpg.com from the address it holds, and it goes with everything saved to it. We may close an account that breaks these terms, and we will say why beforehand unless the law requires otherwise.
Changes to these terms
We will announce a change on the site before it takes effect. If you do not accept it, delete the account; using the service afterwards means the new version applies.
Law and disputes
Polish law applies. This does not deprive a consumer of the protection of the law of the country they live in. What we do with personal data is in the privacy policy. This version is of 22 September 2026.
