Reference cards, nine to an A4 sheet

A rule the table keeps forgetting is a rule that belongs on a card. So is a spell, a condition, an item, an NPC contact — anything a player would rather hold than look up.

What fits on one card

A name with a cost pip, a type line, a strip of labelled values, the rules text, a line of flavour and a footer. The card is 63 × 88 mm — the size of a playing card, so standard sleeves fit — and the rules text sizes itself down to whatever room the other fields leave. No system is assumed anywhere on it; the labels on the stat strip are yours to name.

Cutting a deck out of a sheet

Nine cards fit on an A4 sheet with a cutting margin left over. The export menu also offers the card with 2 mm of bleed on every side, which is what a print shop asks for when the ink has to run to the edge of the trimmed card. Printing handouts has the layout and the paper weight.

Three skins: 1920s, Fantasy and Cyberpunk. Each sets its own accent colour, which you can override per card, so a deck can be colour-coded by school, faction or damage type.
